Neck Pain
Neck pain refers to discomfort or pain in the cervical spine, which includes the vertebrae, muscles, and ligaments in the neck region. This condition can arise from various causes, including muscle strain, poor posture, injury, herniated discs, or degenerative diseases such as arthritis. Symptoms may manifest as stiffness, soreness, or sharp pain, and can sometimes radiate to the shoulders, arms, or head. Factors like prolonged sitting, repetitive motions, or sleeping in an awkward position can exacerbate neck pain. Physical therapy can promote better neck health and alleviate discomfort.
